You not only built it but are maintaining it, a harder trick sometimes, by selecting the right people to manage it. Your people seek your advice unlike many small successful companies where the founder insists on maintaining his position and imposing his will. How much more effective is the path you have chosen. I am not surprised that your associates are happy and welcome your input. It was a very inspirational piece and obviously you are very proud of your accomplishments in building your business.
