  1. what about starting a movement on defining and inspiring leadership and interview to find new leaders.

    I want him on a healthcare idea I have, but this is up his alley. I am referring to Lee’s last book Where have all the leaders gone”, which I read and he is so right.

    So where do we go from here, lets pool ideas, Congress isn’t making any decisions.

    Thanks for your thoughtful comments. I read Lee Ioaoca’s book and it certainly is scary. It seems we are both in total agreement with him.

    There have been many leadership classes started. I have been personally involved with some of them. USC has a school of leadership. But, unfortunately, it is hard to teach - it is something that comes from within.

    In the past times of crisis, we have been blessed with great leaders, but I know of no one of stature on the scene today that could match Winston Chuchill, Franklin Roosevelt, etc.

    The leader must also be a great communicator, and of course that was the title that was put on Ronald Reagan. Today’s politics is awash with lobbyist, special interest and intense stupidity. Hopefully, somebody will rise.
